Drishya Physics
An interactive mechanics lab connecting motion, reference frames, and equations.
Problem & motivation
Changing a mass or angle is easier to reason about when the coupled motion and equations stay visible together.
How it works
The analytical wedge and pulley solvers are separate from the interface. The lab uses SI units and lets the learner compare world and wedge coordinates.
Evidence & limits
The repository tests conservation laws, geometry, and limiting cases. The wedge model stops at the foot of the incline; the ground impact needs a separate contact model.
What I learned & next steps
I learned to check the mechanics independently of the animation. I would add explicit contact models before extending the wedge past its endpoint.
Source & setup
See the repository README for installation, commands, and the underlying evidence.
